Foundation Enrolments for 2025

From September 2024, applications for Foundation 2025 can only be accepted from students inside our zone or for siblings of students.

Late enrolments for 2025 should be submitted strictly through this link but these will not be processed until late January 2025 as school closes for the summer holidays from 20 December 2024 until 28 January 2025.

Enrolment for Foundation 2026 or beyond is not open until 22 April 2025.

Any applications submitted for years other than 2025 will not be accepted.

Please scroll down to access the enrolment form for other year levels.

Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2026

The Department of Education has a statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.

The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Brandon Park Primary School.

This year our school will use an online system for new enrolments to Victorian government schools called VicStudents.

VicStudents will be available for students who are enrolling in a Victorian Government School for the first time. This includes Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2026.

The link to the online system will be published on 22 April 2025. VicStudents has been assessed by the Department of Education to a high degree of security in line with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards  and is compliant with ISO 27001, the leading international standard for information security.

The Foundation (Prep) Enrolment Information Pack for Parents and Carers will be available here by Tuesday 22 April 2025. More information is available here.

Enrolments for Foundation 2026 open on 22 April 2025. You may enrol from that date forward - no enrolments will be accepted before then. We are NOT PERMITTED to accepted any enrolments before that date. To start primary school in 2026, your child will need to turn 5 years old by 30 April 2026. Schooling is compulsory for children who have turned 6 years old. Enrolments must be received by Friday 25 July 2025.

Enrolments for Foundation 2026 are not accepted before 22 April 2025.

For any other years, please follow the instructions below.

  • Download the Student Enrolment Form from this page and print.

  • Complete all fields on this form in capital letters in black or blue pen.

  • Present a passport and any relevant visa documentation.

  • Present 100-point residential check documents as outlined on the form (see also Additional Enrolment Details button).

Please return all of these documents to the office via email only to brandon.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au
